"I would NOT use Cathy Warren. I think these positive reviews must be friends or family. She and her staff are totally incompetent. My homeowners insurance was CANCELLED because they sent some paperwork to the wrong department and then they blamed ME, asking “Well did you ASK if it we sent it to underwriting or claims?” Seriously, I would never even know to ask that question. I know nothing about the inner workings of the insurance business. Also, Cathy repeatedly said in the most patronizing tone after my claim was denied: “Ohhh, Honey. I don’t know WHAT you’re going to do about your roof!” I would stay away from her, especially since there is an agent on almost every corner. She doesn’t care about clients."
